Japan is full of great places to drink a beer. The tricky part is knowing where and when the good stuff is actually happening — that's where we come in.

Who we are

We're a bilingual guide to beer events across Japan — festivals, beer gardens, tap takeovers, brewery events, Oktoberfests, and more. These events aren't always easy to find, especially if you don't read Japanese, so we gather them in one place, in both English and Japanese. No more searching a dozen different sites or just hoping to stumble across something good.

Who we're looking out for

Travelers and locals, longtime beer fans and the merely curious — if you enjoy a good beer and a good excuse to go somewhere new, we're here for you. No expertise required. If it's beer and it's in a glass, you're in the right place.

We'd love to hear about it. Organizers, breweries, and regulars who just know things are all welcome to send it our way through the Submit an Event page.

Keeping things accurate

Dates, hours, and ticket info have a habit of changing at the last minute. We do our best, but always check the organizer's official page before you make the trip. Spot something out of date? Let us know and we'll fix it.
